We had a fantastic stay at a well-managed B&B in Vals. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including meat, cheese, breads, and jams. The hotel's location on the ground level was perfect for people with limited mobility. The town is also close to hiking trails for those interested. I highly recommend this hotel.

Proximity to Vals Therme. and the friendly reception person. Room pleasant and clean.Breakfast included and it was excellent quality and served very promptly and by friendly staff.

Language difficulty with staff if the main concierge was not present. The room did not have a real outlook to mountains...just to other buildings (it was a ground floor room). We would have preferred an upstairs room but did not have the choice.

We love the location of the hotel which is directly opposite the Vals Thermal Baths. We were able to get some discount on our entry as well. Breakfast was abundance as they give a large pot of tea, basket of about 5 types of bread, eggs, ham and cheese. We stayed in the studio so we had our own kitchenette which was very spacious and a dining table that sits two. It was perfect for days when you'd just like to have your own dinner in. All utilities were given including salt, can opener, tea towels cutlery etc. View from our terrace was amazing. Room was generally very peaceful. Good lighting overall.

Only downside is our pillows. We sleep on our sides so the pillow we had each were too soft and flat for that. Toiletries weren't provided except for liquid hand soap so remember to bring yours!

This cozy accommodation is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, a short stroll away from the bus station and town center. the guest rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern design elements and functional bathrooms. the friendly staff are always on, hand to provide helpful local tips and recommendations, making guests feel welcome and at home. the breakfast spread is extensive and delicious, with high, quality ingredients and a variety of options for different tastes. Plus, the hotel offers discounted entrance fees to the nearby thermal baths, providing guests with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

There was no possibility to late check, in upon, request, which may be inconvenient for some guests with delayed travel arrangements.

It was a little expensive but given everything around is even more expensive I would say its close to the best you can get in the location its at.

The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and the rooms came with a wonderful view of the mountains. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony and even a kitchenette in my room. The breakfast, served with a nice view of the uphill, was a delightful way to start the day.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and very close to the bus station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with some even having a kitchen and balcony. The staff at the hotel were kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided a pleasant start to the day, with a nice view of the uphill landscape.

Location and facility Great location close to amenities, including the bus stop and spa. the facility was modern and of high standard, with a selection of light meals available throughout the day. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfriendly service and poor breakfast the breakfast setting was rather unfriendly. Despite the food being of excellent quality, the service was poor, with a limited menu card and no buffet.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the facility was modern and high standard, and the location was great for easy access to the Therme Spa and hiking trails.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a cozy cafe with tasty light meals throughout the day. Besides, I appreciated the location right in the centre of this city and the proximity to the bus station, making transportation incredibly easy. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
